Andrea's father David Wallis is the Vice President of the Showmen’s Guild of Great Britain, and has a big role in bringing the Guild into the present world i.e. the 21st Century. David Wallis is a Trustee of the Fairground Heritage Trust, which is an organization set up to preserve historic fairground equipment and memorabilia for generations to come. He has even written a book called "African Adventure" that chronicles his travels in South Africa with his fairground equipment.
